1] When you sign up for our events, we collect your name, contact information, and affiliation through the ticket registration process in order to facilitate your attendance and plan our event better. We will communicate with you via the ticketing service email function with any further information relating to the event.

 

2] We may use your Personal Data for internal purposes, including without limitation, to help us improve the content and functionality of the Services, to better understand our Users, to improve the Services, to protect against, identify or address wrongdoing. We may also use anonymised data to understand how visitors to our websites are using the site. These data are collected by Visitor Analytics and stored on Wix.

3] Ticket registration data are currently stored on Eventbrite (see privacy policy here) and copied to the event management team's computers for event planning purposes. See Natural Capital Ireland's privacy policy for more information. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties without your consent.​
